Glasvegas

Last Tuesday I had the chance to be in San Francisco for a live rock concert at The Great American Music Hall. I was invited by my friend Tove who received free passes. The band we went to see was Glasvegas.

This European rock band was in San Francisco as part of their ongoing tour. But, Glasvegas is by no way new to to the music scene, already they've released two albums and an E.P.

Apart from having an awesome lineup, Glasvegas gave

a rock-star performance Tuesday night. They also had a spectacular light show of velvety dark neon colors. After seeing them perform live, I'd say Glasvegas has airy and crisp textures in their sound. This band is atmospheric, punchy and electric!

Once the show finished, me and my friend were backstage hanging out with the band where I met (at least for my first time!) James, Jonna, Rab and Paul. We even had the chance to sit with them inside their tour bus over drinks and conversation before they left for their next show in Los Angeles.
